I ordered a Philip's Soundbar from this company as they were far cheaper than others including Amazon by over £20. I stupidly did not check the poor reviews and went and ordered, there the problems began! My money was taken immediately but received no email verification and so started to worry. What made matters worse was the terrible customer service as mentioned before re phone calls and emails not being answered. After about a week I got a policeman friend to send an email from his work and they suddenly burst into life!!! From placing the order until arrival, 3 weeks, when the product arrived (from Wales) I was 100% pleased with the product although no invoice! As stated before about tax, if your product is shipped from Guernsey you will have to pay 20% VAT so be warned. In the end I am more than pleased with my product, would I use again - NO. Save yourself the worry and stay with a more well known company.
