Booked this car park online, as was a very competitive price, BUT as soon as we pulled up to a field that looked like a scrap yard i was worried.Driver met us and seemed very friendly, so put as at ease, airport transfer was fine. On returning to the car it was very dark no lights on at the site, which is just an office work shop and then, honestly just a muddy pull in, that looks like a scrap car yard. We thank them, collected keys, and got on our way. We stopped at Lakeside services, for some food, and had a look around the car, and realised as well as being thick mud,there was also damage to our car, back light smashed, It had obviously been reversed into something. We Phoned them straight away, and were told to send in an email. Email was sent waited a few days, and phoned again, told the email hadnt arrived, so re-sent photos while on the phone that were going to be handed the the manager, and i was to expect a call, this was over a week ago, Ive just rung them, and been told the phone back tomorrow. It been two weeks now, and i have heard nothing..... Looks like we are going to have to swallow the cost of the new fitting, and have to put this down to very bad judgement. Please dont make the same mistake, we should have drove away as soon as we turned up, and paid for parking at the airport, would have rather have lost the £50 Paid for Argent, then now have to fork out for car repairs.. Be warned :-(

I booked Ardent parking in November 2012 for 1week I found there prices to be competitive against the others even though I read some terrible reports I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out.... BIG mistake. I dropped my car off to there shed at 4am and was taken promptly to the airport which seemed a good start, all was well and off we went on our hols. On return I called the number as instructed and was collected promptly from the airport and taken back to there office, when we arrived my car was parked outside and first impressions were not good, my car was filthy dirty and thick with mud the tyres were brown all the way to the alloys the drivers side carpet was card in mud and on closer inspection one alloy wheel was also damaged, I quizzed the driver about this and was told it couldn't be there fault ad the cars are not driven they are stored on site... But because I don't trust anyone with my brand new car I took a photo of the speedo before I left and can confirm that my car was driven 8 miles!!! The driver again said this was impossible promptly made his excuses and left. I did though manage to get the owners name and personal mobile number first though his name is Bob who also denied all of it and called me a blatant liar, after many phone calls and photos of my mud laden car he has finally agreed to refund my charges but refuses to budge on the alloy damage saying I can't prove it was damaged before we arrived even though I have evidence of them doing 8 miles in my car. If you care even a tiny bit about your car I would avoid using Ardent Parking like the plague.

The company do not offer immediate transfers,told we had just missed the transfer bus and would have to wait until it's return,could put up with that.worse was to come on return,not enough room on van,would have to wait for it's return after dropping off other passengers.Have they only one van/driver ?? They had all information on how many passengers were expecting to be wanting a transfer and I had telephoned as instructed.If they are serious in staying in this business,more drivers/vans are needed. Liked- not much although I don't blame the staff,they were friendly enough. That as far as this case, only had one driver/van on duty.

What a gem! Flying from Stansted, these are the only people to go with. Paid £59 for 2 weeks parking with a fantastic transfer service. After parking, we were taken to the airport terminal immediately and they were there waiting for us when we arrived back. Driver was v. polite and helpful. Service was brilliant, you'd be mad to use anyone else.
