Sealy Cape Town luxury elite Cato08 mattress

I bought this mattress as our sprung interior was a reasonable age and we wanted a bit of comfort as we are both in our 70's. We have only had it six months and right from the start I found it uncomfortable although my wife finds it excellent. I waken with pains in my hip joints and I then try and use another bed in the house and there is no problem with it. Is it possible that I have some allergic reaction to some material in in mattress that is producing such a reaction. As it cost £649 I wonder if i have any come back from the manufacturer as I have tried to contact Sealy and they tell me to contact Benson beds who say if it is a comfort problem they cannot respond. I find it very difficult to be able to contact with the company. Your help would be appreciated
