In-Excess Removals - South East

We used this company to move house in July and I would NEVER use them again. They complained all day about the stairs (we were moving to a second-floor flat)and that our sofas were too heavy, amongst other things. One item was damaged in transit and the MD sent us a rude letter denying liability because we packed our own items using our own boxes. Even if this is legally correct, we weren't advised of this during the consultation or when we signed the paperwork. They are now refusing to respond to our letters. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using them.
