Great bag to keep all of your cycling kit together, plenty of pockets and dividers to keep items separate. Has a padded section in the end for glasses and a place to keep your helmet safe. Well made and well thought out and a great price.

A pleasure to deal with such a great shop. Ordered orange 5 29er, great deal with loads of help and info from guys. ordered bike on sunday and was riding it on wednesday. Now thats what i call service, they built the bike and even helped me set up forks n shock to suit my wieght and riding style. The guys even showed me some excellent trails to ride in my local area. Would highly recommend them if buying a ten grand road bike or an inner tube.

Originally I entered into a finance agreement for the wrong bike, the Saracen Myst Pro. I had meant to go for the Kona Operator 2013, the single track were brilliant in sorting out the agreement and we're really understanding about my stupid mistake. Very pleased with these Pro Softshell gloves, I read a recent magazine review & was determinrd to buy some. Lots of other outlets did not have the type or complete range and the size I wanted. single track had the item and they arrived in a very quick std delivery. The quality of this glove is fantastic, I suffer from heat loss in my hands and these are better than all my motorcycle glove and being designed for cycling they are very flexible. The site was very easy to use and I was tempted into a inner helmet hat, also the biz.

Ordered this jacket after scouring various sites to buy the same item,and found Singletrack Bikes beat all competitors on price by a considerable margin!Was apprehensive on ordering from a company i had not dealt with before but was impressed with quick delivery and product was as described.The Jacket has been used on very cold mornings and the longer tail on the back is a definite bonus as the coat does not therefore ride up back and thus keeps you well protected from elements.Picked the Black colour so it doesn't look so bikey and the reflective parts work very well.

My choice was based on low item price and very low international postage costs. These postage costs are based on the regular "snail" mail. Since I was not in hurry, the low cost of delivery was more important that potentially longer waiting time. In the event, after some wait the package arrived ... by courier mail! I do not know the details, it may be that it took some time to source two identical sets of the crankset that I ordered, or maybe that the regular mail was returned for some reason, but the fact remains - Singletrack bikes chose to deliver the package by courier for the cost of the regular mail. And that is great service!

The part I wanted never actually arrived but this seems to have been due to the postal service on my end. The advisor was really great about it and after it was clear the part wasn't going to arrive he arranged for a refund. Fantastic customer service and would definitely recommend them
