Dell Studio 1557

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The staff are half witted and don't know what they are talking about (one lady was helping me installer a driver but she was confused that the download from ATI's site was another downloader. I had to help her out.).

Today my laptop was meant to be collected for the thrid time so I phone up in the morning just to check its being collected as I know how awful they are from arranging previous collections. I get told its being collected today so I stay in all day. At around 5 I get a call saying ITS NOT BEING COLLECTED TODAY the lady says some junk like "I couldn't get though to you on friday to confirm the collection" She didn't even try! This is the second time they have failed to collect my laptop on the arranged day the first time was due to "technical error". The lady on the phone doesn't even apologize as that would mean admitting Dell were wrong! Customers should be first priority, all business should know this.
