From the first phone call to the end product, I could not fault Yale/Evander. The customer service was friendly, helpful and professional. The surveyor turned up exactly when expected. When they said they would call....they called! The fitters made an excellent job and our new door looks amazing! A fast, efficient service all the way through and the web site was simple and clear to use. Keep up the good work...so refreshing to find such a reliable company.

It was an easy process to choose my doors on the Yale website; you could try out various colours and designs to see what they looked like before you ordered. I couldn't be happier with what I chose and the doors looked really good after installation. I chose the green composite doors, and the colour is exactly as shown on the website. What a difference they make to the appearance of the house - excellent product all round. Very pleased indeed with the products and service provided.
