The item ii received was damaged and the customer service to rectify this was terrible, unhelpful and unprofessional. My wrap was sent to me with blue ink stains on it and this company did not even apologise or were willing to accept fault. I will never use this business again. Terrible service and I am most dissapointed. A disgrace!

This review is truly astounding. Not only did we apologise for the "stains" and offer an immediate exchange, we also processed their full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item back after they had decided they wanted to cancel their order instead. The only thing that is disgraceful is that people can post reviews on this website without any proof of the false accusations they are making and small family run businesses that pride themselves on their value and service are powerless to stop it.
