I Bought The Avalon 12791 From Landmann Last Week
I bought the Avalon 12791 from Landmann last week as i liked the look of it their brochure.
Was exactly what i was looking for with 2 grill plates and a hot plate. Only trouble is....when it arrived it has 3 grill plates and NO hot plate.
Been in touch with Landmann and to be honest ..they couldn't care less. Just referred me to their small print which saya they can change their design whenever they want to.
Very dissapointing customer service
