So Much To Choose From
I just made a sizeable order a few days ago after taking a week to review all the products. I live in the USA so i'm expecting a bit of a wait on my order, but one thing that has me concered already is that i sent them an email February 5th and got an electronic response back promising to get back to me in two days and almost 5 days later I haven't heard anything back. Obviously living in the US, email is just much easier than trying to call, but if i haven't heard back from the first question, what if something really wrong comes up? Thats the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My credit card put a hold on the purchase bc it was overseas so I'm hoping that doesn't dely anything either. I will add another review on the total experience after I get my order in...if all goes well, i plan to make this a permanent source of my magick supplies.

Do Not Buy From This Place
The only reason they got one star is it would not let me give it no stars. I placed my order on December the 16th, it is now January 30th and I still have not received anything and I have asked for a refund three times. Received a reply if I wanted a refund to reply to their reply I did and still did not receive my refund nor have I received my order. They will say they closed for the holiday and yes they did but took ,y money four days before they closed and then still they have been opened since the 3rd and I still do not have my refund nor do I have my supplies so I had to purchase them from some where else. If I had been told they would be closed or they take forever to ship I would not have ordered from them. Ordered from here locally on a Saturday at 9pm and got my supplies in the mail Thursday. Do not purchase from these people they will not refund you your money and they will not send you your supplies either.
Shut up dawn your a fraud you. You steal peoples money and don't send nothing! Trading standards I go

We try our best at all times to provide the best quality products and a high level of service but as a small business with limited resource, we appreciate that on rare occasions, we can fail to hit the mark. I would therefore, on behalf of the whole team, like to offer our apologies for your inconvenience and disappointment.
I'd like to address the issues you have raised:
Your order was received on 18th December, payment is taken at the time the order is received - this information is clearly indicated in our Terms & Conditions. When you create an Account and when you place an order you must confirm that you have Read and Agree to our Terms.
Our offices were closed between 21st December and 4th January, this information was available on our home page thorughout December, and was made publicised both on our Facebook and Twitter pages, and weekly newsletter, to which you are subscribed (opt-in only).
We only source quality pagan tools and gifts from ethical sources around the globe. This inevitably means that some items, particularly those which are hand-crafted and those which have been created following the most appropriate planetary influence, may take longer to create. This may affect their availability and so if you’d like to buy an item, we would urge you to check its Usual Shipping Time on the specific product’s page before ordering.
Your order was partially shipped on 14th January, with the remaining items sent on 18th January, the shipping time from the UK to the USA is generally within 7-10 working days, although Royal Mail are still working to clear a backlog caused by adverse weather conditions.
The only email we have on record from you was on 7th January, to which we responded immediately. A full refund will be issued when we receive the returned goods from you, or when the orders are officially classed as lost by Royal Mail.

Upon My Visit And While Browsing The Site I Receiv
Upon my visit and while browsing the site I received multiple attempts to connect to my system and install content of a malware variant. I later discovered the site to have been blacklisted in online search results. Below includes a link to a Google diagnostics archive of the site that states "Of the 182 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 3 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2013-02-01, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2013-01-29."

I am happy I did not make it past checkout and supply my personal and credit card details.
Unfortunately on 29th January between the hours of 1am and 11am (GMT) , the server on which our website is hosted was infected with Malware.
As soon as this was brought to my attention we began immediate work on the site to remove the diverts which had been uploaded. Luckily no malware was hosted on our site, Customer Records were not accessed and remain secure.
Our hosts and Google's Webmaster Tools have confirmed that the site is safe. Should anyone require further information please feel free to contact Customer Services at [email protected]
Cease and Desist – Review Site
I represent Pagan Magic. It has come to my attention that you have allowed a review to appear on your site which aims to discredit and damage the Company as it contains false and inaccurate statements regarding the Company, its products and services.
For example:

As you are already aware the issues were resolved immediately, we did not deny that this issue existed, the site poses no risk to Customer Security. This review was written after the attack had been neutralised, as a customer they would not have been able to progress past the checkout stage without first creating an account, please prove that this person is a customer.
Such use of our Trading Name may have the effect of damaging the Company's reputation and the Company's existing and prospective business relationships.
Pursuant to this notification, we demand that you cease and desist all such activity.
Unless you immediately cease and desist all such activities, the Company will have no choice but to take the appropriate legal steps to enforce and protect its rights including, without limitation, filing claims of defamation and libellous statements. The remedies for such causes of action include injunctive relief and substantial monetary damages.
We request contact details for the reviewer so that we may pursue damaged for harassment and defamation. Please acknowledge your receipt of this notice and your intent to comply with the requests as set forth herein.
Please supply the name of your data controller so that I may pass the details on to my solicitor.

Our VPS was hacked through no fault of our own on 29/1/2013, no malware was installed on the site, as you can see from Google's report.
This is not a review of our website or services, but part of a concerted hate campaign against us. Please remove this inaccurate review as soon as possible.

Terrible After Sales Service
Purchased few products and had to return the items - after a lengthy over a month wait to receive them. Was told that two items I returned were damaged on arrival. The seller therefore returned them to me, In fact the condition of these items, sage sticks, were exactly the same condition they originally arrived. I had taken extra precautions to wrap them securely when returning them. More securely than the sellers own wrapping! Site is attractive, lots of things, thought it was a small family run business which I wanted to support. Returning goods all in their original sealed packaging, and claiming these were 'damaged' is unacceptable - particularly as these 'damaged' goods were in the same condition when they first arrived, and actually not damaged in any way, let alone rendering them unsaleable, or unusuable. My emails querying this decision, and outlining the facts, asking for an explanation were ignored. Since they have my money, why would they bother? Hugely disappointing, and extremely poor customer service when a company chooses to disregard three emails by a customer raising concerns, and retain monies based on such allegations when evidence to the contrary was offered for a resolution.
Shut up dawn, your a scam you rob peoples money and don't send anything!!
We cannot accept the return of items if they are sent back in non-saleable condition; as was the case in this instance.
All email enquiries from this customer were responded to within 24 hours - please add [email protected] to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive replies to your queries.
A refund was refused as the customer returned the items in non-saleable condition.
We do not store Credit Card details; and therefore it is impossible for us to charge again for the postage. Items were returned to the customer at our own expense. We will be more than happy to provide evidence of this.
Goods were despatched within 7 days of order being received.

I have only looked at the information on the site and compared the prices as I live in the USA so I can't see the shop in person. The information provided in the study groups is very good and I have even kept the flyers they send out because of the included trivia. The prices are about the same though there are some things on their site that I don't see in the US. Overall, I like the site - I just haven't had the funds to make a purchase nor the ability to decide since I see you much that I would like to get. The only thing that is not great is the overseas shipping - but that isn't their fault.
