Service from the shop itself was very pleasant and professional, and I would recommend the shop to people. However, the parcel service was very poor. The driver didn't arrive at all, and after a complaint had been made about him, he would not deliver the parcel the same day. The following day he was completely unapologetic and rude interrupting me at work. I wouldn't want to do any business who use this delivery service.

The Korg Pandora mini.

I bought this for clean and jazz sounds. Even clean amp sounds have too much ambient noise on them - so useless for recording.

But the big problem is that the `thru' (no effects turned on) level is significantly reduced, compared to plugging the guitar straight into the amp. Therefore this product is just a pretty little toy and not a serious gigging or recording tool.

I asked for delivery to be held until I got back from a break, and was assured this would happen.

I've come back to TWO emails, TWO texts, and TWO attempted deliveries

I'm less than happy.

We ordered a guitar strap for a special gift and was supposed to be delivered the next day but your courier failed to deliver on two to three occasions, with no contact as to what the problem was. The company you used was DPD and was impossible for us to speak to someone in person so we emailed and gave two contact numbers but we still were not contacted and delivery eventually arrived on Monday 14th March. I don't believe you want to be charged for next day delivery as we don't either. It would be very much appreciated if we got the delivery charge refunded as the gift arrived too late.

not clear if i just got a receipt or the receipt is the actual ticket? Ill have to phone the shop to check....

I cannot fault the product, the description on the website nor the speed of response to my request - all excellent. However, there is little point in offereing a timed one-hour slot for delivery if this is not adhered to. It was sheer good fortune that someone was available to take delivery some four hours after the prescribed time.

Goods arrived on time but with no instruction or guarentee form . There was nothing in the box except for the pedal

ESP LTD MH-327. An excellent service but product was not quite up to scratch.

I received the guitar bang on time. I asked for a specific delivery date and the guitar arrived at the date and time expected. Thank you for that :)

As for the guitar, it is an ESP LTD but arrived in a Epiphone box. I unboxed it to discover it had a scratch on the side and many fine scratches on the back. This was rather disappointing as I was expecting to receive it in mint condition.

After making the necessary adjustments to the tremolo and bridge, I am very happy with the guitar itself. I have decided to try and buff the scratches out myself as I have wanted one of these guitars for a while and I am enjoying it very much. I was just a little disappointed in paying full price for a guitar that wasn't in the expected condition, however I will keep it as with a little bit of love I can restore this guitar to it's deservedly pristine condition.

very good customer service i cant fault the company at all. however, the delivery was terrible! i should have recieved my item 3days prior to the acctuall delivery and for that reason will think again about purchasing items.

Lowden 032 12 String Acoustic Guitar. The item was fine, if a little pricey, but the customer service was not reliable. I paid in 5 weekly instalments and every time I had to ring in to have the payment link sent to me - no-one took it on to send it to me unasked. There were also two occasions when I was promised something that then didn't happen and I had to ring in a second time. I was also disappointed that after paying £1850 I was then expected to pay a further £9 for delivery. This felt a little petty, especially as the payment links always stated that postage was £0.00. Otherwise people were friendly and I'm happy that you had the guitar available for me.
