Made an order more than two weeks ago. As it hasn't arrived, and I didn't even receive a confirmation e-mail, I sent them an e-mail asking what was going on. Didn't get any reply, so I sent more e-mails, both direct to their e-mail and via the website. Still no reply - and still no order has arrived.

Stay away from these people!!

I ordered thirteen boxes of a well known antacid tablet,cheapest price I could find on the web, the website seemed a bit slow/sluggish at the time of browsing and ordering anyway all went well.

The order was placed on the 21st Aug 2012 at 21.17hrs and confirmed by e-mail shortly afterwards, a second e-mail arrived on the 23rd August to say that the order was completed and had been shipped.

The order arrived by the Royal Mail this afternoon the 24th August complete and undamaged,I live in the Highlands of Scotland so the package travelled quite a distance.

I cannot say a bad word against pharmacy first regarding this transaction, it was first class from start to end.

I ordered a load of stuff for my holiday expecting it to take a couple of days to arrive. It arrived the next day and had free postage because I had spent over £40.

It was a great shopping experience with an easy to use website and I have been telling all my friends about them.

Why can't all online shops be more like Pharmacyfirst.co.uk???

Disaster! It looks like this company do not read any emails that are sent to them. I made an order and had a mistake in the address. I emailed them immediately with the new details. No reply. A week later, the product despatches. To the wrong address. Another email sent, no reply. I will be taking this up with my credit card provider. AVOID.

Beware - if you buy from these people via the internet (www.pharmacyfirst.co.uk) expect to wait a very very long time for your order

Ordere a Blood Pressure Monitor. It arrived the next day in perfect condition. The item was well prices aand had free delivery. Not many places give free next day delivery! I was hugely impressed with this website and will definately be using them again.

After reading several negative reviews and a note on their website saying that they're very busy so expect delays, I was sceptical, but used pharmacyfirst.com anyway because it was so cheap (15p for a tablet that costs £10 a pop in Boots) and because it was the only site that allowed me to buy more than one of them.

I ordered at around 4 pm, received an email the following morning saying that my order was successful and they would ship my goods asap. And they arrived the next day.

Fantastic service.
