They made me an offer I could not refuse, and I ended up cancelling quotes from other movers.

Then ten days before the scheduled move they rang to say they had made a mistake and "it would only be an additional £600 quid more".

Played them at their own game and went for one of the reliable big firms.

I was very fortunate to be able to find an alternative company at short notice.

Would not touch them with a bargepole - and should have known better than to even consider them.

If you feel you have to use them, do yourself a favour and make sure of their insurance cover etc.
