This Company Should Be Struck Off
Goods not received even though paid for 24hr service. They replied saying item sent that day, which is still not received. PayPal case opened (so please I used PayPal).
I will update PayPal case as it progresses.

Ordered a laptop screen online, they sent one with the wrong.connector size. Had to send it back recorded at my own expense (8.55).
They sent another of the same screen out to me but this time also clearly refurbished as very badly scratched.. so it went back again at another cost of 8.55
They then promised the right one would be sent but they posted it to my payment address instead of the delivery address specified, so I'm unable to collect it or have it redelivered.
Asked if I could cancel the order for a refund along with the two lits of additional postage I paid. They said they'd need to get the screen back first and waiting for Royal Mail to deliver it would take too long so I had to sort.
After eventually getting agreement it would be in my bank by friday. Since.sat morning, no refund and now no replies.
Every time I speak to them I get different lies. One guy stopped replying to me and after sending a few messages I got one saying the guy who was dealing with me had left. When I was clearly annoyed about this he back pedalled and said nobody had left and it was him I was dealing with but couldn't explain why he didnt know what was happening earlier in the conversation.
Avoid.

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever
When I placed my order, I paid extra for Softhands to despatch my order by Recorded Delivery. Softhands took payment but did not send a confirmation email.
More than two weeks passed, but my order did not arrive.
Softhands did not reply to my emails or ever answer the telephone.
Softhands ignored my repeated requests for a refund.
I finally had to raise a transaction dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
My purchase with Softhands is the most frustrating and disgraceful online shopping experience I have ever had.

I Needed To Replace My Dell 9 Cell Laptop Battery
I needed to replace my dell 9 cell laptop battery after over 3 yrs of use, but wanted to be sure to not have a cheap replica or other no-name brand as these batteries never last or perform as well. So I went to Dell directly who were quoting £170 for the battery, which was pretty steep but I thought I'd have no choice if I wanted an original high spec battery to last another 3+ years!
Then when searching on google shopping, I found that Softhands Solutions were selling the exact same battery for less than half the price. I thought this was too good to be true, so rang them up to check, spoke to a guy called Hamid who was really helpful - he actually went to the store room with me on the phone and to show me it was a 100% original, official DELL battery he even gave me a part no's to confirm! :)
Just to be absoulutely certain, I also rang up DELL UK and confirmed that Softhands Solutions were a registered supplier of DELL parts - as advertised on their website, so I went ahead and ordered with them.
The battery arrived after just 2 days, and as he said, it was an original, unused, official DELL battery with all the logo's, protective covering etc you'd expect, and it works amazingly well! I'm back to 4+ hrs of battery life per cycle (on high performance settings!) so, all in all really chuffed and would definitely reccommend and use Softhands Solutions again!
5*'s in my eyes! Finally, a provider who won't rip you off, but are happy to make profits in volume and not by charging through the roof! Keep the prices low guys, and you'll have loyal customers for years! :D

So, I Wanted To Buy A Cool Computer Like An Allino
So, I wanted to buy a cool computer like an allinone desktop pc. The problem is that even the budget ones like the Inspiron 19 are quite expensives (for me) in London they start from 380 up to more than 500.
I was shocked when i just found one in google for 250, that was the Softhands Limited website! Ok Those are used and smaller processor and smaller hard drive, no touch screen (what i hell dont need) but for me 2.2ghz 3gb, and 320gb hard drive is enough!
The most important thats its works, looks good and 1 year warranty!
For 400 i could get a new 2.7ghz 4gb 500gb, touch screen (what i dont want to touch) but that just a waste of money because in few month or even weeks that pc will lose a lot from its value. I checked ebay, only find few i could not find any less than 400! That means 250 was a deal bargain price!
I contact them immediately, a really friendly people and Hamid (who is the manager i think) provide me an excellent costumer service. I really hope this company will evolve and grow like CeX. But maybe not CeX is a sh..t place :D
Only thing is Parcel Force was late, they could not make it in 24 hour, the next day morning the pc arrived in its box, everything was fine, so i forgive to them, it was cool to use the tracking number, what Hamid gave me, and I could see where is my brandnewsecondhandbargain pc. I send them questions, they answered, this delay is nothing to do with Softhands, I just mention it, so if someone buy something from a big distance just calculate a possibly delay.

Later I will keep looking the site, maybe I found some other things for a good price!! I just recommend to everyone Softhands!! Dont go to money grabbing Comp....Xch..ge!! Order from Softhands, you wont fell bad about it for sure!!!

I Made Enquires On 27th December And Did Not Expec
I made enquires on 27th December and did not expect a reply until the new year but to my suprise i recieved a reply the same day i ordered on the 30th on the website and i was told the the goods would be shipped on jan 4th i recieved the goods on the 5th as stated.
I have spoken to them on the phone wanting so extra info and i found then to be very helpfull and friendly

I Was Shopping Around For A Budget Soundcard And I
I was shopping around for a budget soundcard and I came across softhands.co.uk offering a decent price on one. I quickly searched on google for the company and it seemed legit with many happy users. I got some assistance from one of their sales advisers who was quick and helpful. I believe his name was Hamid. I decided to order and the whole process was great, the delivery was also earlier than expected with the product secure in decent packaging. Recommend them and will shop again.

I Bought A Dell Netbook For My Daughter's 16th Bir
I bought a Dell Netbook for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was described as having a 'small scratch' but unfortunately the scratch was bigger than I had expected. I contacted Softhands by email to ask if I could return the Netbook as I wasn't happy with the item. The big freeze was on and the postal / courier services were not reliable due to the snow. I was treated like a really valuable customer and the communication was superb, they kept me informed and gave me a range of choices regarding the issue. We came to a compromise which I am very pleased with, I will definitely use them again and buy with confidence. We need more companies of this quality, thank you Softhands. Mark
