Pulte Mortgage Are The Most Insolent People I Have
Pulte Mortgage are the most insolent people I have ever had to deal with. They don't know the basics of customer service. I called up and e-mailed both their loan officer and loan processor on June 30th. Neither replied and it is July 16th today. Their loan processor made a routine call 10 days later and talked as if she was some kind of school principal demanding some documents of me as though they were some homewqork due or something. Little does she realize that I am a free person with option to walk away from her and apply somewhere else. Even after this, I decided to give another chance and proceeded with them. But I had just enough today. I called them Monday and was told that the loan processor was in and would call be back before end of the day. She didn't. On Tuesday, someone called from that office to say that the loan processor would be busy on Tuesday and Wednesday and would call Thursday. She again didn't. Then, she calls on Friday without of course any explanation whatsoever of why she didn't contact earlier. I was at a clinic and she was so rude when I told her I will call her back. I have had just enough! This, however, is in sharp contrast with a very customer friendly approach of the Pute Homes sales rep I have dealt with.
