The Machine Looks Good And When You Can Get
The machine looks good and when you can get it to print the quality of print is very good but that's about it. The printer is in my opinion overpriced. The printer pulls through four to five pages at a time and jams so you are forever having to open and unjam the printer. The ink costs a small fortune. When the ink cartridge run low the printer wont let you print even if it's only one of them that running out of ink. I would not recommend this printer at all and wish l had not purchased it.

Purchased A Samsung Printer About A Month And A Ha
Purchased a Samsung printer about a month and a half ago. All went well for two weeks and then I had a black mark on each and every printer sheet of paper. Call Samsung who arranged for an engineer to call. The engineer arrived and replaced the transfer belt as there was a piece of paper stuck in it. Engineer left and within one day, when printing in colour, I noticed that the colours separated and instead of green, for instance, I have one blue line of print and one yellow line. Call Samsung again on 5th July 2010 and they told me an engineer would be out the next day, i.e. Monday. No engineer arrived. Called them on the 9th to ask where the engineer had got to to be told that they had forgotten this repair but would re-instate it. It is now 15th July, some 10 days later than the original request and, guess what, no engineer. Called Samsung to be told by a very trite man named Bob that there would be an engineer here today. I reminded him that we would only be able to take the call if it was before 3pm and he assured me that this would be the case. We will wait and see. As an aside I purchase this printer through PC World Business and my advice to anyone considering doing the same is to think twice and then think again because once they have sold you a product they do not want to know if it goes wrong. An abysmal company that will certainly not be enjoying the benefit of my business in the future.
