As a paid member of Indiamart for past 3 years, I can say that it is a great website and has really helped me get some very good business over time. At the same time I'd say that there is some scope of improvement. Because once when I sent a service request, I got a somewhat delayed response. Perhaps it was queued up somewhere.

Though I've found them quite supportive, I wish they included some kind of video tutorials about their services, as is quite popular these days. On the whole the experience has been great.
