Hugo Rojas Photography, Alexandria, VA

This guy- Hugo Rojas- is the most incompetent and unprofessional "professional" photographer I have ever met. We hired him to take our wedding pictures, he was recommended by the Hyatt in Fair Lakes VA. My complaints:

- He lost our contract 4 times

- Complained he was tired while taking pictures at our wedding

- Didn't take any pictures of our entire family (either the bride or groom were missing and while you're in the middle of your wedding you're not thinking about these things)

- Said he was going to charge us to fix pictures- example he took several pictures of our 2 year old daughter with boogers in her nose and didn't mention it to anyone at the time, then said it would cost us money to have that photoshopped out!

- We wanted to add pictures over the 50 picture limit of the album. He said it would be $20 per picture. We told him nevermind, months later he tries to say he would've done it for free.

- It is almost a year past our wedding and we are still waiting for our wedding album. He has asked us to resend pictures. I repeatedly emailed him with no response for a status update, my husband finally had to call him over and over again for him to respond to us. Dealing with him has been a nightmare.

Please avoid him at any cost and tell your friends!
