Waste Of Time!!!
WASTE OF TIME!!!
I get a quote online from "We Want Your Wheels" between $7,230 - $7,500 for my 2008 Dodge Avenger with 130,000 kms. All of my car's information was given before the quote was emailed to me with the VALUATION price of $7,230 - $7,500. Note: Their add says They asked me to bring in it and a guy checks the body, interior and engine and says to me that the car looks good and runs well. The guy asked me for what i wanted and showed me other vehicles of its type for a price and it seemed that the cars were being sold on average between $8,000-$12,000. i get a phone call a few days later telling me that the market is bad and that it's difficult for them to buy it but at $4000 they could. i said the VALUATION price said more but he replied with oh that's just an indication. I said it says VALUATION not indication. He was then speechless and said well we can't go by that (Even though that's what their quote was)
Very disgusting in their way of dealing with people and cheating their way to being rich

Awful, Don't Even Bother
Online valuation was a good value for the car, easy to book appointment online. When arrived, offered £1,250 lower than the online price. Didn't even look at the car. Total waste of time
Horrible Experience
Was offered £67250 for my Volvo on their online valuation.I took my car there,the salesperson didn't introduce himself,looked around my car very quickly,and then took it down the dual carriageway for a test drive. He then asked me in to the office to discuss the valuation. I asked if there was a toilet I could use,he replied that the toilet facilities were disgusting, and shouldn't use them,then told me he popped home when he needed to go to the toilet!!
The office was very dirty with mould on the ceiling,and curiously many black handprints all over the walls. I then sat in silence for 15 minutes while this salesperson checked his laptop and looked over my cars V5 document and the service history.he didn't at any time explain what he was doing,and I felt quite intimidated. Eventually he looked up from his laptop and said he didn't know how I managed to get that on line price, even though I had filled in truthfully everything regarding the car, he'd looked online and couldn't find anything to match that price. On asking him to get to the point and tell me what price they would offer me, he replied that he didn't want to upset me. At that point I collected my documents and left. Please don't waste your time with this company, webuyanycar or wewantanycar are 100 times better to deal with and give you a realistic price for your vehicle without wasting time.
Don't Go There
Its is absolutely waste of time. They offer a reasonable price in online quote and which you never get at this place. They quote my car for $3700 and they only offered $500. I didn't accept that.I failed to read other reviews before I go there.

It is a waste of time. The business structure they have is really silly; you take your car, they ask you questions about the vehicle and how much money you expect to get from them, then they make "phone calls" to fin if someone is interested in buying your car; that is absolutely stupid. I saw 4 people leaving in less than half an hour without making a deal with them. It was a really bad experience and a waste of my time!

Complete Waste Of Time... Don Not Use
Online valuation of £6800. Arranged an appointment and on arriving they then decided to check auction prices and other info on the computer and then stated that they have missed auction this month reducing the vehicle further. Eventually after the inspection offered £5800 even though the car was in immaculate condition and offered £6500 for trade-in..

After organising to have me car valued on Saturday around 2. I was turned away and was treated like a hobo or a hawker upon arrival. Due to them saying its illegal to trade after 1pm on a Saturday. So why tell me to come?!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted my time and destroyed any confidence I might have had with them from there good reviews.

The advisor from we will buy your wheels came out to see our car, we had been offered 14000 when she came it went down to 12500, we reluctantly accepted because we needed the money and they told us it was an instant cash payment that went into the bank within 24hrs, it has been 1 week and 1 day since they took the log book and made me an offer and I am still waiting to be paid now. we will buy your wheels have got my logbook for my car so I am unable to sell the car to anyone else and I also have no money, I would not recommend using them to anyone else they also ignor the phone when you try to contact them.WE BUY YOUR WHEELS NEED SOME NEW STAFF!!
Waste Of Time
Same old same old- offered a decent price in line then when took the car to them the offer was reduced by £2000! Same as another reviewer below - they tried to say our car had been in an 'incident' which was absolute rubbish. Disgusted that people like this are allowed to continue trading in the manner they are! And ive had to score them 1 star because the ite wont allow you to leave it empty - theyre not worthy of even 1 star!

Time Wasters Avoid
Was offered £4000 for my car online, waited for them to show up and when they finally did 2 hours late offered £500 for my 55 plate alfa Romeo. These guys are total cons. AVOID
