Do they have any garages themselves or are they just a sales company acting as an intermediary? Is it better to go to someone like the Good Garage Scheme?

look at the dealer prices and subtract 5% then add in for the extras as they find them

I have a Jaguar XF. How can they guarantee me that they will use manufacturer recommended quality oils & parts?
