Smt-elegant Shoes (China)

i bought a dress through ebay from smt-elegant shoes the dress was y1900 camille strapless bridal wedding gown, and it is nothing like the one advatised it is embroidered and it is all coming off . it is awfull. it was made to measure and so took 10 weeks to be delivered . because ebay only let you put in a complaint up to 60 days from purchase date so there is nothing i can do to get my money back as it took longer than the 60 days to be delivered.dont buy a wedding dress from this company .if ebay didn't have this 60 day cut off for making claims it would be alot better .dont fall into this trap.
