I bought 2 x 2 seater sofas (can't remember the model name) in 2001. They are still going strong, my son has them now. I needed a new sofa so of course I went to Divani. The Madrid has loose covers which are brilliant for washing and come up like new. I have dogs so they are perfect for me. I bought Dark Terracota which is lovely and rich. I'm going to order covers in a lighter colour for a summery look to ring the changes. They are such good value it makes it an affordable indulgence! I ordered the moulded foam seat cushions because I got fed up plumping up the hollow fibre ones. I was a bit worried they might be a bit too firm, but they're really comfortable, and don't need plumping up. A great buy, and would definitely recommend.

I was pleased with style and colour choices, was what I was looking for as particularly needed a sofa with removable covers (children & pets) . By comparison to other sites, price very competitive. Quality is good, so far no issues. Ordering and delivery all efficient & competent.

I purchased the Woburn high back chair which was fine,also the Woburn armchar sadly that is not at all comfortable so will have to get rid of and purchase amore comfortable chair

bought four loose covered sofas from sofa sofa i am very pleased they are very comfortable only problem have to keep fluffing up seats maybe need more packing other than that great

We purshased two 3 seater Kensington sofas and a large foot stool 8 years ago and were very pleased with the price, design and quality. We were disappointed that the range is now discontinued but opted for the Woburn design this time. They are good but not as comfortable initially. The dog has adopted his place and there are already a few loose threads which didn't happen with the smoother fabric of the Kensington sofas. The pile is more obvious and the colour is more gold than red. We wanted navy and still think a dark colour should be available in order to satisfy customer demand.

Very easy to get out of, having joint problems this was my main reason for the purchase. Comfortable to sit and Leather quality feels very good

My sofa was completed on time. It us stylish, solid and practical. Great colour and really comfy.

Good service from sofa sofa. We chose foam seat cushions to save having to flump up fibre cushions. And they do look smart. But the foam is rather firm, comfy but not quite as comfy as an old multiyork sofa we have. However they are a reasonable price. I also ordered a few metres of matching material (also very reasonably priced) to make arm caps and enough to use as a throw to cover seat and back as we have dogs and grandchildren! Altogether I'm happy with the sofa.

Instead of ordering from the catalogue, we decided to visit the factory shop in Wales.In doing so we were able to see all the suites available and try them out which we thought worked out better. We selected 2 settees which were delivered on time and are very pleased with them.

Our Monaco sofa bed is great, BUT the cushions went soft quite quickly and we are already thinking of having to replace the foam inside The service we received from you was excellent and the delivery was before time expected and the delivery men we superb, we would have no hesitation in returning for another settee or recommending you to all of our friends and family.

I'm not sure why I'm only being asked for my review over 18 months since I purchased my sofas. We went to the factory show room rather than buying from a catalogue which really helped. We are happy with the quality and when we had a small issue with a zip on a cushion they sorted it quickly and for free. They are not the cheapest, and we paid more than we expected as we had missed their sale but we're pleased with them and always have good comments on how they look.

I am pleased with my sofa, it is comfortable. I wish the cushion inners were slightly bigger so that the covers were tight. There are wrinkles along the front edge, and along the top of the back cushions. I have inserted pieces of foam to fill out the wrinkles. I like the shape of the sofa, the loose cover fabric is just what I wanted, and the delivery was speedy and efficient... All good.

We are very happy with our new sofa. Pleased we travelled to the showroom it was very impressive although it meant an overnight stay for us due to distance. Felt the greeting could have been a little more enthusiastic although by and large our questions were answered.

courteous and prompt service with helpful delivery driver. Chair is good looking and very comfortable so much so I have to fight off the cats to sit down first!

I would highly recommend this company to buy from, the only complaint if any was the delivery, the men that brought it were quite useless. I admit I live on a hill but we all have things delivered but they were pathetic, they didn't seem to know how to drive up a hill. I'm glad my son to n law was with me as he had to put the feet on the furniture, which I do think they should have done that, as a 3 seater settee is very difficult to turn upside down.

We had travelled a long way to South Wales - I live in East Anglia so it was a marathon trip but had stopped overnight en route. There was a road closure which meant we saw more of the Welsh countryside than we envisaged. We finally arrived and I was pleased to see the full collection in the show room. We were not offered a coffee but should have asked for one really as we were desperate for one! Having said that the salesman was not pushy and answered questions and left us to make our choice. We placed the order quite quickly and left. Delivery was as expected, and in the evening, which suited me as I work so didn't have to take time off work. Pleased with the quality of the sofas for the price paid.

I ordered a sofabed,armchair and settee All arrived as ordered.armchair too large so they collected and supplied a smaller one.No problem.My only disappointment is that the seat cushions are hard and not very comfortable. Company very nice to deal with.
