Customer Service
Poor Customer Service.
I have had an ongoing issue with KayCo (i.e. ClubCleo) the last two years and counting which I took up with a dermatologist, who told me not to use Cleo II any longer as it had caused hypopigmentation to a part of my face; since then, none of KayCo's staff seem disposed to respond to any communication from me about this subject: wonder why?
I Was A Bit Embarassed That I Had Started To Notic
I was a bit embarassed that i had started to notice lines and wrinkles and read a lot of different reviews about facial toners available. I called Cleo above and asked lots of questions and the sales staff were extremely helpful. They transferred me through to another member who knew all about the product and could tell me lots more infomration and what realistically i could acheieve.
I bought it and was pleased with the timescale in which it arrived. my only downfall was that it was an all day delivery which meant that i couldnt go out unless i paid extra which i didnt want to do.
The instructions were ok to understand although I did call them up to ask a couple more questions as some of the programs i couldnt really get to grips with.
I have been using it for about 6 weeks so far and can see an improvement to my skin - the lines and wrinkles havent gone yet but i am happy with it so far - for 7 minutes a day I am pleased!
