Worst thing I ever done it to use these once he has the deposit is never seen again and refuses answer the phone or return the money

This man gave me the same excuse as I have noticed he has used before, BROKE DOWN. I have been trying to get my deposit back for 3 months (£100). He gave a post-dated cheque, which has bounced, unsurprisingly. This is going to cost him more. My bank will try again, so hopefully if he has any decency, he will make sure he has sufficient funds, otherwise he will get charged again. Again, he tries to justify this with pathetic lies or excuses. Please people AVOID at all costs, because you will lose out with false promises, yet he will take your money and not give it back (YET)

This man has no limo anymore he is still taking bookings and keeping the deposits and not refunding them. he will tell you everything is ok until the day you have asked for the limo. he will then make an excuse why he cant do it and wont refund your money. He has done this to everyone in liverpool

My son and his friends was waiting end of school for a limo what didn't turn up. Was meant to turn up at 2 pm but by 2.05 pm still not arrived phoned him up he had broken down by over heating but he will get it sorted and be there in 10 mins, half hr later tried to ring him user busy eventually got hold of him waiting for a someone to fix it yeah right . 2 hrs later he said he wasn't turning up as the limo cudnt b fixed .later on in the day he had promised us he wud do the job free nxt sat I don't think so and have disappointing kids again no way . Do not book with this company as we paid £100 deposit and stil haven't got it back .

We hired this company for my friends hen party in Liverpool and on the night they didn't show up. They have been unwilling to pay back our deposit despite numerous calls/emails. We have had to file a police report against Ace of Hearts. Avoid at all costs.

I booked ace of hearts for my friends hen do the driver was brilliant as we where halfway to airport and my friend forgot passport he gladly turned round and quickly got back to her house and got us back to the airport just on time thanks for that no extra charge he made our weekend thanks ace of hearts

I booked the limo bus with ace of hearts for my husbands suprise birthday to take 22 of us for a meal in manchester, the boss rang me 2hrs b4 pickup to say the limobus had broken down in Southport!! He did eventually send 2 vehicles to transport us all but they were absolutly filthy, all the champagne glasses were full of lipstick & some still had bits of drink in them, both the vehicles were dirty inside & they still wanted full payment ! This ruined what was meant to be a lovely suprise for my husband! I will never use ace of hearts again or recommend them to anybody!!

i would recomend to all my friends , driver very polite and friendly limo was fantastic music lights drinks we had all we needed . kids and adults realy enjoyed are selves . very big thank you from marie and gang in huyton in liverpool xx we will be using your service again very soon . x

i used Ace of Hearts for my birthday,they told me they would decorate the limo pink inside and put pink bubbly in there, which they didnt!! they were supposed to pik us up at 3,but because the limo driver,who was the boss of the company Ace of Hearts,who rent the limo's,was suposd 2 pik someone else up and had not timed it right,told me we all had to get in and go at half 2 otherwise he was going with us in it or not.which i thought was wful as he was gettin 30 a head of 13 of us!! when we then got home he would only drop us off at one place, then after a long argument he agreed to drop someone off in on his way back. First of all they wanted an extra 50 pound to drop 3 people of in different towns,even though the towns were after each other! and at the end my friend told him she thought he was a rip off and he was personally insulting her(the driver who owned the Ace of Hearts company). would definetly not recommend!!!
