Terrible website, extremely difficult to find products, no phone number to contact. I have never come across such a user unfriendly online service where you spend hours going around in circles.

Before ordering, i rung up and spoke with someone from the company, they were extremely helpful with all my weird and wonderful questions. extremely knowledgeable about the products and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right product for me.

I've never had such amazing customer service.

I was looking deseperaly for a morphe palette for ages and I finally found it in stock on Beauty Chamber. I ordered on Thursday and I received it on Saturday well packed and what's more important : original. I do recommend 100% this website.

I have ordered my pallette and it came in two days i was amazed lovely pallette really pigmented.The service was great i would recommend using this site for future purchases as there are service is very good and they keep u on track of your item every time as it got delivered a message was sent to me that it has dispatch from the office on the way to my house

My sister ordered a Morphe makeup brush set from another company for her daughter in November for delivery before Christmas and didn't receive them. This company also had terrible customer care. I ordered the same makeup brush set with Beauty Chamber last minute on 20th December received them next day. I also received brilliant customer care as I emailed the company with a delivery enquiry and received a prompt and satisfactory reply, but I then received another email checking my order was correct as I ordered 2 products instead of 1 thinking my first order hadn't gone through,so saving me having to return one product. I was delighted with the service and had a very happy sister and even happier niece Christmas morning thank you so much Beauty Chamber for your brilliant service, I would highly recommend you to everyone.

I ordered a set of brushes for my daughter as a gift. Two were duplicated, one was missing. As I ordered in good time for Christmas I have exceeded the 48 hours since receipt to have the incorrect items changed. Despicable customer service.

I ordered the morphe 35c palette after looking everywhere for it I found it here. My order arrived really fast and it was properly packaged I'm thrilled with my products and I will definitely be ordering from beauty chamber again in future xx

I ordered a Morphe 687 deluxe brush set and a seperate morphe brush. This was my first time using this website and I was happy to see all these positive reviews. I'm happy to say that these reviews are definitely true. I've just received my order after 7 days (I live in Ireland), and I am very happy with my experience! It was packaged nicely and exactly what I wanted. I was able to track my package easily and see exactly where it was. The length of 7 days was understandable as the package was stuck at customs for a while, out of Beauty Chamber's reach, but it still arrived perfectly. 5 stars! Will definitely be shopping from beauty chamber again :) Will probably get a Morphe eyeshadow palette next time!

Managed to get my hands on the Morphe 35O palette here luckily as its sold out everywhere! Amazing website, will definitely be using again. Delivery was fast and came well packaged. LOVE !! If anyone is unsure about ordering here don't panic it's just as good as beauty bay or cult beauty!!

I could not commend the customer service of the sales team enough. I ordered the Morphe 35n palette,by mistake, instead of the Morphe 35om. It wasn't until three hours later that I checked my receipt and noticed this; however by this time, the order has already be processed and dispatched. Immediately, I emailed the sales team, expecting to get an address to send my delivery when it arrived at my house. However just an hour later my order was cancled and fully refunded! I was very pleased with the speed and communication of the team and I will certainly buy from Beauty Chamber again
