Very disappointing. Useless communication if they are not in stock.

The order was processed with an instant email confirmation, but after waiting for 7 days I contacted them to ask if was dispatched, to be told they were out of stock and would receive more stock the following morning, and would let me know when they could confirm. They did not so I had to call them again that afternoon and apparently they did not receive any more so provided a refund.

Because 8 days passed between placing the order and finding out by contacting them they had no stock I then had to waste £9 on a next-day delivery so I could order in time for Xmas.

I spoke to the MD of this company about a pair of shoes I had seen on their website that I couldn't seem to find , and asked if I could pay by cash transfer as I had had a bad experience on a shopping website .

He said he would " be in touch shortly" with the details.

The customer service of this company is non existent .

It is now more than a week ,and despite telephone calls and emails to this company, there has been no response whatsoever.

I am glad to say I have found another company who stock this item and were more than happy to take my order.
