Hotpoint Ultima super silent

Very pleased with this slimline dishwasher, used daily for over 6 years with no problems, we do have a water softener so maybe that helps. Only complaint is that plastic door handle cracked at sides a while ago and, although we tried to glue and tape it, has now snapped off completely making the handle impossible to use and we have to open adjacent cupboard doors to try and get a grip on the sides of the door to pull it down. We have opened the door frequently each day to slowly fill so maybe there is a stress level we have reached, which it could have been designed better to withstand.

I have had this dishwasher since 19.03.10 and it has broken down four times I am now fighting a loosing battle to get my money refunded. I would therefore not recommend this product or any other hotpoint appliance particularly as their consumer service department is inefficient, unhelpful and rude
