Loss Christmas Order
they lost or ditched my Christmas order for 22nd of December and then were out of contact not replying to phone calls or emails or "Ticket" to resolve issue..seem to be a one horse company with little or no regard to customer service..
recommend ditch this company I will not buy from them again

Never Arrived For Christmas
Made a large order for Christmas at the beginning of December with a promised delivery date of 22nd December. Received no dispatch note so chased on 22nd and was told it had been dispatched. Rang again on 23rd and could tell from the reaction of the operator that they had not dispatched this order. They could give me no tracking number but gave a "package number" with UPS. Have rung UPS who have no record of this number. Surprise, surprise, Dukeshill have now turned their phones off for Christmas despite promising me they would be open until 5pm tonight. Also, not replying to emails. Worse thing was that they lied. If they had told me that they hadn’t dispatched I could have gone out today and got something else for our guests. Very let down.
