got a car it broke down with in 1 week and i have had to scrap car and holywell will not refund me or answer phone to me STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY please

i bought a car from this car sales had lots of faults with it they said they would do it all I got was lies after lies of them in the end they said they will not do the repairs,they said go and f-off and go and burn it out ; i wrote a letter still know reply off them so be aware when buying a car from these cow boys I got intouch with citren advise they said I was in my writes for repairs done or my money back so I am whiseling in the wind for anything to be done of this company

Bought a car from them couple of months ago nothing but problems asked for my money back and we'll don't think I will be holding my breath have spent a small fortune for something I cannot use.

Never open poor sales I got a Volvo off him for £4695 sold it for £2400 on eBay problem after problem and he told me to stop ringing or he me am a 39 year old married man it's sad new just stay away from this man thank John Harris Holywell north Wales

Bought a car from them which had a few minor problems which they agreed to fix, 3months later and they won't answer my calls, I've now involved visa and trading standards as the car shouldn't have passed an mot (I am qualified to say that)

The car selection ia terible an when they take your number an will call you back they never will stay away or you will end up with a lemon of a car..its ran like a total good for nothing business

Very pushy sales man,had an attitude when i decided i would have to think about buying the car i ended up walking off glad i did now after reading reviews,not bad prices but i think i would rather buy else ware just for piece of mind feel sorry for the person who lost £200

I bought my car around the 10th january,all smiles and was happy with purchase,i noticed a loud whinning noise like a siren,took it to the garage as i was given 3months warranty, and then it started,at first i was asked to pay towards then when i drove to the garage to see why i had to pay all i got was abuse and was to F off and go and complain to someone who cares in the end they agreed to replace tensioner and fan belt,the noise did not stop,the garage they use said we cant hear the noise(sounded like the poilce following you) so i was stuck with this noise,yesterday alternator packed in,went to the garage and they said its not covered,even though a belt was,got asked to leave as i wanted to speak to the boss,he then said he would ring the police,later that night i spoke to a lady from the garage who said because the car i px in need work doing thats why they would not pay for mine,then it chabged to i only have 1 month warranty but i have the paper work off them which states 3 months,and then said the car i px had been clocked ,first i know of it think there lying again i would not talk to an animal the way she spoke to me,DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS I guarantee its the worst garage i have ever dealt with,they will lie,shout,swear at you, just to get out of paying once they have your money ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS! be warned buy at your own risk,if you are still stupid enough to buy from them which is pretty stupid bear in mind you get no warranty no matter what they say bunch of con artists,god help if the engine went,make up your own mind but you will be on here if you buy a car off them save your money and buy else where just to add after i bought the car i was advised by about 5 people 2 of them from garages not to buy from this garage now i see why
