Ive had the most amazing service through this company and the most helpful staff. After just recently moving in to my new property i am happy to say because of lets live here we are all settled in!

As a student letting service in Newcastle they are awful.

They do not reply to emails, I've sent 3 in the last 6 weeks which none of have been replied to.

I have called and been told I'll be called back which never happened, so it's hard to get in touch with the right members of staff.

I've been replaced in my contract by another student who has paid in his deposit etc however letslivehere will not give me back my deposit??

The admin fee's are £120 whereas other student letting companies are free!

EG. Roseworth is newcastle are free and respond fast to emails and generally brilliant landlords.

The cost of the property is ok- the only positive so far!

not everybody has loads of money and these totally understand this still using letslive here from this present time and will always be using them
