We had a car hire reservation from that company and we were very happy with their services. First, we rented a car from Sofia airport for 2 days and returned it in Varna. 3 days later, we rented a car for 5 more days. Despite the interruption we gain a discount for 8 days and returned the car in Sofia without any fees. We have lost few times but their hot line was in help every time for directions(they gave us free mobile phone). Both cars were new, clean, never smoked and in perfect condition. We definitely recommend these guys to everyone.
