2nd time using tivocentral, and I've always found them faultess, even with various telephone support and queries when I've rung them up in between times. They were great at talking me though the install, even though a detailed instruction guide was included. Other suppliers were email only, but its best to be able to talk to someone over the phone and get an instant answer. Long live tivo !

Bought a freeview box from them when my area turned off the old analogue signals.
Tivo is now happily recording BBC3 and Dave from freeview - what a versatile box the tivo turned out to be - I've had it since 2002 or so.
Good service from tivocentral, and they talked me through the setup- had to "reset" tivo by running a guided setup and choosing some options.

WOW! I thought I'd lost my trusty TiVO for good as one day it just go stuck at the grey powering up screen.
I did an internet search and phoned tivocentral up - ordered a new drive at 3pm and it was delivered next morning at 8:30am !!!
Lightning fast delivery, and great advice over the phone!
TiVo is now back running and its even BETTER picture quality than before due to mode0 or some such!
Just saving up for a cachecard now, as that will apparenty let me get rid of the phone line, and also transfer things to DVD on my computer.
