Unfortunately cannot give zero stars which would be more accurate. I paid through Pay Pal on the 20th May 2010 and although they emailed to say that they could not unlock phone, I have had no sniff of a refund.

If I had seen the comments I would never have used them. When have time will contact PayPal as have the confirmation email from them.

I'm guessing that they have sorted some people out, otherwise there would be mountains of complaints. Shame on them. Hope they read the comments!

I paid £3.51 through Pay Pal and was told if they could not unlock it I would be able to get a full refund. That was months ago. I only wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Unfortunately I have not kept the email saying they could not unlock it. Perhaps PayPal will be able to do something?

Certainly would not recommend to anyone else. Buyer beware!

I like the other reviewers paid the money upfront through paypal and then got an email saying that they couldn't unlock my phone and that I would receive a refund within 7 days. I have chased this twice now and after 1 month I have heard nothing. This is a scam - do nou use them

These are a con, they don't unlock your phone after they have taken your money and then despite emailing them 5 times for the refund still no luck.

Beware, please don't use!

Couldn't supply the code after I sent the details. Have not received PayPal refund yet. I was promised refund 10 June . You are forced to pay before contacting them. Don't use. A ripoff.

I filled in all the relevant information online and then it said that they had my code and all i had to do was pay through pay pal so that is what i did. i then got an e.mail stating that i would have my code within 24 hours not immediately as stated on there website.

that was at 7.30am, at 3.30pm i emailed asking if they knew an approx time id be getting the code as i was going out and could do with the phone. at 4pm i got a reply saying it could take up to 24 hours. then at 9.30pm i get an email saying they cant find the code and could i provide them with some more information by following the link and they will source a code manually, the information they wanted was the imei number which id already given them at the start if the whole process.

then 9am this morning i sent them an email asking what was happening and got no reply i then left it until 12.30pm and emailed again stating if they cant get the code that was fine just let me know and then can sort refunding the money which they took within five minutes of me pressing that button.

seems to me there very good at taking your money but not doing the job there suppose to i cant see myself getting my code or refund.

in future going to go with the good old saying and stick to what you know. a good old shop!!

Within a day they said they couldn't get a code for my LG Cookie. It's been a month now and no refund and no reply to my emails or contact requests.

They emailed back quite quickly with a code that didn't work - it contained # and * which the phone would not accept. Have now used their contact form twice, with no response.
