“No article, no answer”

My order is "Processed" but the article is not here after over two weeks. No money was debited. Additionally, I don't receive any answers to three enquiries, two via contact formular, one via email. I now canceled my order and bought the article somewhere else. Update: After publishing my experience, I was contacted. It was explained to me that the item was lost during shipping and I was offered compensation. The explanation seems legit to me, so I'm rating 3/5 stars now.

“Great product. Poor customer service”

Ordered the fatman carbon Trinity. Bought from Planet Gizmo because they offered a 5% discount if I paid by debit card (every lil bit helps)Ordered on a Saturday, asked if it could be delivered by the Wednesday. I thought this would be possible because I had to travel on the Thursday. Website boasted about using a super duper courier (DPD)service with same day dispatch and I would be sure to get a text with a one hour window for delivery.Given that I ordered on a Saturday, I figured the product would be dispatched first thing on the Monday. Called Rob on Tuesday who ummed and aaahed and said he would get back to me. He did not. Called him back 3 hours later he said there was a problem at the warehouse but they would send it off as soon as possible. Called Wednesday Morning. Rob made a half arsed apology and asked if I wished to cancel the order. Seems like he is really into making money for the company. I thought not to do this was it was too late for me to order from elsewhere. Product was finally received from Parcel Force an hour before I had to catch my flight. Will think twice before giving my money to Planet Gizmo - who actually didn't seem particularly keen to want it anyway

“some good some bad”

This is the second time I have attempted to buy a recorder from Planet Gizmo. the first time you did not have the item in stock. Today it seems to cost £20 more than 2 weeks ago.The process was somewhat tedious.....I had difficulty logging in.....I had to type my credit card details two times.....perhaps it will work..... no real confidence..... a friend who knows recommended you.... but my history is not that good....OK.
