I was absolutely dreading wedding dress shopping as I am only 4'10" and size 6/8 -I just couldn't see how I would have a 'wow ' moment in a dress that I knew would not fit! How wrong was I!! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming. I was absolutely clueless as to which style dress I wanted as this was the first ever shop i'd looked in. But the person I dealt with was AMAZING!! After asking a few questions about me and our plans, I put all my trust in her hands. She pulled a few dresses for me to try, she just knew exactly what would look right. After putting on the SECOND dress - I'D FOUND MY GOWN!!! I could not believe how easy it was, I honestly thought it was going to be a long, depressing process!!! I can't thank her enough for her expertise and guidance, she knows her stuff and got it so right!!!

I missed my appointment and basically came at closing time the staff was so polite and never rushed me. they stayed an hour and a half after closing. I was offered a drink, even though I was so late. I explained what my ideas were and the lady with blonde hair was so attentive I literally found the dress of my dreams on the second try of a wedding dress. I thought I would be looking for ages as I am very fussy and petite. the staff made it feel so easy and they are genuinely nice people. would highly recommend don't mess about in other shops and reasonable prices.

DO NOT use this company! Horrible customer service, quality, and all around company. They're very shady and we ended up having to pick all new bridesmaid dresses at the last minute and refused to refund after they messed up so they were out double. Such a bad experience and do not wish any other brides to go through the same so RUN!

This site may be good for some people, but my experience was one that I would never recommend to another person. I went in to David's Bridal and found the dresses I liked. One of the girls in my wedding party took the style number and searched it on the internet and found my love bridal. The dresses were half the price online, so everyone jumped on board right away. With shipping from China, the cost was close enough to not mind paying the extra to be able to try something on in the store before you leave. I think it was a $20 difference by the time it was done. I ordered one dress six months out in case something was wrong and I didn't get stuck with something i didn't like. Their online pallet for color reference was really quite terrible. And if that wasn't enough, I had gotten a dress with the right cut, but missing detail that made the dress worthwhile. The dress was described on both sites as having palliette details (which are something like sequins)- this was NOT the case. I ordered it early enough out that it didn't majorly impact my planning, but I would never do it again. To send it back they have a $70 restocking fee, and by the time I pay for shipping again, I'm paying for the dress twice to send it back. I did, when I got the dress, send out an e-mail asking if this mistake was some assumption I had made on my part or if their product was misrepresented in the online store and I got an AUTO E-MAIL RESPONSE. really? reeeeeallly? who does that?

In any case- future brides- do not use this my-love-bridal. Their product information is at best a reference of what you're getting. They make a lot of money I'm sure on this shipping a dress overseas and charging the price again if you'd like to send it back. Their customer service is in addition to this, really, REALLY terrible. I never did get a response from them. The only thing that I am glad about is that I ordered that first dress early enough that I didn't get that surprise later on.

Do not use my-love-bridal. For the sake of your own planning and want to get things done the first time.

I will recommend this site to my friends. wellbridal is a good choice for wedding dresses,they custom-made the dress exactly according to my requests and the pictures, almost as same as the pictures.What's more,they ship my dress very quickly.

Above all, they don't charge any fee for custom-made, their price is reasonable.
