Awful. Bitched behind my back then lovely to my face. We're laughing at my size.

Less than a 1 never have I been anywhere with such bad customer service!

Ordered my dress 4 sizes too big, ordered the bridesmaids dresses to big then wouldn't do anything about it! Ordered my flower girl dresses with 18 months to go and when the time came they didn't have the correct sizes or colour! They were not sorry gave me a little off alterations to my dress they ordered to big!! 2 weeks before the wedding cancelled my dress fitting! Will never be going back!!

I love Serena Bridal. After visiting a few other bridal shops, some of which I had to share mirrors etc, it was wonderful to have a private environment. There aren't hundreds of dresses but to be honest there is so much variety that there doesn't need to be. I had a fairly clear idea of what I wanted and in all the other places I had point blank refused to try any big skirts, however the lady here gently suggested I do it just to tick it off the list and I would never need to look at a big pouffy dress again and yes, you guessed it - I fell in love and ordered it! I am sooo glad she suggested it as she just seemed to know what would suit me! Thank you Serena Bridal for knowing me better than I know myself!!

I was recommended to Serena Bridal by my friend who got her dress here and I am so glad she told me about it. Appointments do have to be made as it is completely private with only one bride at a time and only the people you take. This was great for me as I was really self conscious and didn't want to be in a busy shop with lots of other brides. The dressses start at £400 and the dearest one is £750. There are also beautiful tiaras and veils but what is great is the fact that the owner who does most of the appointments is really friendly and never tries to push anything. She's also really knowledgable about all things wedding as she used to be a professional wedding planner so she passes on lots of tips and gives plenty of free advice!
