I paid for a website in September 2012 from TotalCreations after declining one very amateur poor draft from them they stopped replying to my e mails in January of this year after contacting them and trying to get a resolve I was met with the same lack of communication and respect, I was told they wouldn't be refunding my money and they would call police on me.

I purchased a ecommerce website from total creation A Basic Simple and easy to navigate website This is what I wanted. I was contacted a couple of days later and was asked to fill in the form for a brief idea of what i wanted.Please be aware that all contact is by email and no telephone contact but this is explained in the small print,Anyway i received my first draft of the homepage which to be honest after nearly 3 weeks was the basic of the basic and i was not too happy at this point BUT every email i sent with instructions of how and where i wanted things and colours and so on were implemented mostly within a couple of hours. I must say that you must keep checking everything as they were obviously very busy at this point and small things were missed which in previous emails were said would be completed,Don`t be scared to email with what may seem silly or unsure questions as they will help execute whatever you ask for. This is all foreign to me websites/SEO/ and so on but have gained a little knowledge myself through research and a previous free site.I did not want a spangly site with Flashing/Moving Banners and so on just something simple which is what i got in the end and am very happy with, I now have full control of what i can do with the site if i choose to redesign/Add or remove anything and also still contact total creation (Rob) with issues or queries which they are still there to help with so don`t think the help ends there once the website is signed off (It doesn`t) This is the cheapest i could find which was lucky after getting quotes of several hundreds to well over £2000 for the same designs and shopping carts.Just remember to keep checking your website for the changes and keep in constant Friendly Contact and be patient and polite as they are only Human and at £174 is a Bargain.

Now if you are in a hurry you may be pushed, but for the price the end result is fantastic.

As a business owner and consumer I believe in the power of a good review and what it can do for a business or product. They should be fair true and unbiased.

Total Creation form start to finish were a truly professional company.

It takes a bit of getting used to not to have a person to speak and just using emails,

but with the fast response times and informative info this becomes a breeze.

The web site I had created was extremely complex and detailed I wanted it to look perfect, Total Creation defiantly delivered better then I could of ever imagined!!

For the price I paid I had 8 pages, detailed graphics, music videos and many more. To me this was outstanding value!!

When you see the price you may think the site is going to look unprofessional.

If you where to view my site you would think I had spent hundreds of pounds on it.

One of the best companies I have worked with over my time in business and I would truly recommend them to you if you where thinking of getting a truly outstanding web page for a low budget.
