Ordered three roller blinds in the most beautiful floral fabric just over a week ago and they arrived today. My husband fitted then in no time at all and they look so pretty up at the windows. I am absolutely delighted with the speedy service and top quality of the blinds and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

From start to finish there were no issues with my order they took my order over the phone despite being an online business as the nature of my order was unusual they talked me through lead times and when I called to check they let me know the UPS tracking number Superb company. Will be using again for my other refurb projects.

Wow! What can I say, I originally placed my order online and then realised I had made a slight error in my calculations so I gave them a call! A lovely lady called Polly took my call and even took the time to explain how to measure blinds correctly in the future! she updated my order and explained it may be 10 working days till delivery as they are hand made on site. They arrived withing 7 and were totally georgeous! Couldnt recommend them enough! Thank you :)

I ordered a blind for my new bathroom in good time for it to be delivered for my bathroom completion date. When it did not arrive I phoned and was told it would be there next day, It wasn,t. I Kept getting told blind would be with me next day as they pay UPS for next day delivery..which they don't..customer does! Calls were NEVER returned, they could not care less about customers and are blatantly rude. I even emailed them to complain and guess what..NO REPLY! When blind finally arrived although design was lovely it has a 'tradeblinds.com' logo on it on bottom corner which is not removeable! This was never stated when I ordered it and I now have a constant reminder of the awful company I bought this blind off! There are plenty of other internet blind companies which sell same products at same price, I only wish I'd chosen them!

From start to finish the whole service was excellent. Having spoken to a very knowledgeable lady on the phone who answered all my questions, I chose the samples I was interested in and was delighted to have them arrive the following day. Once i had chosen the blinds they were manufactured and delivered within a week. The level of service has been top quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

At first I was a not too sure about ordering online as I prefer that face to face feeling when I purchase something and especially something that is made to measure. I rang the offices and was immediately put at ease they were friendly and willing to help with even my more daft questions. So thanks for your help Trade Blinds not only do I have fantastic looking blackout roller blinds I have a new faith in online shopping.

Have used trade blinds before in our previous home and were extremely happy with the blinds and the level of service. So when we moved recently we bought some more wooden venetian blinds off them. Again the blinds arrived on time, fiited perfectly and look absolutely wonderful!
