Filed dispute with paypal with no resolution - it was too late due to the 45 days limit.

I recently found this site online and desperately needed a particular model of security camera that is getting harder to find. I emailed the hishopnow team and requested information and pricing for the quantity of cameras that I needed to purchase. It took about 2 days for a response however they did respond with the required information. I did notice that the email address was from a live mail account however I checked the various reviews for the site and people seemed to be at least getting what they ordered, the business seemed legitimate enough.

I paid close to $1000.00 for the equipment I wanted and received a typical email receipt for the goods. After about a week I had not received a tracking number for my goods so I emailed the company and did not receive any response. I emailed 3 more times and eventually called China to speak to someone and learned that the phone number listed for the company is a mobile which is never switched on.

I have placed a dispute with PayPal in the hope that I can get my money back. Thus far hishopnow still haven't responded to my or PayPal's communication attempts, further proof that this company is not legitimate.

I would strongly advise that you stay clear of this site. They are clearly out to steal and no doubt hide behind the fact they are in China and there is little you can do to them. Don't give these guys money unless you intend to get the run around and be frustrated.

Called hishopnow and discovered that it's a cell phone in China.

Either hishopnow is totally unfamiliar with his products or he is a fraud.

I lost US$140 and am dissatisfied with both hishopnow and paypal!
