I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I returned an unopened kids slanket to the company over 3 weeks ago and despite several emails sent through their contact page, I've had no word at all from them or any recognition that I have returned goods. I wanted to upgrade to an adult slanket, so only wanted my account to be credited for the £19.99 and I would pay the balance - but nothing.

Their returns service is very poorly flagged on their website - I sent it to their Ottery St Mary address as its the only one listed anywhere on the site. There is no phone number.

I told them if I hadn't heard from them by today I would report them to trading standards. I gave them my phone number as well as email address. still nothing, so I've got to spend time on the phone to trading standards this afternoon.

I just recieved my camo travel slanket from Slankets Direct. I emailed them to find out when it was likely to arrive and they got back to me straight away saying that it had just been sent for delivery and sure enough it arrived this morning. This will be perfect for my camping trip :)

I found this site very informative and quite funny too...I like the product descriptions and the images. i ordered a Slanket for my girlfriend after I saw them on Letterman. I have to say that what they promised they delivered. I took advantage of the the Free UK delivery and thankfully the Slanket arrived the next day...just in time for my girlfriends birthday!!. i found the shopping cart easy to use and the nice thing was that I did not need to register fully to check out...a nice feature (well done)I will probably register for an account as I think I will be buying one for myself!!
