Volkswagen Polo 1.6TDI SE

After waiting 20 weeks for my new Polo I am so disappointed with it. 1st and 2nd gear are terrible and there is not much power in 3rd either. It is dreadful on even the slightest hill and takes forever to pull away. It has been given the Car Of The Year Award 2010 but it could not have possibly been this model that they tested when deciding what car to give this award to. I've only had it 2 days but hate it and regret parting with my Ford Focus which was 1000 times better than this. VW tried to appeal to younger drivers, I'm 33 but I feel it would be more suited to a Sunday driver in their 60's. On the plus side, it looks good and the build quality is good, other than that it's pretty awful.
