I was pleased with the selection offered by Master of Malt - they had 3 of the 5 varieties I wanted. However, the first delivery went missing because Master of Malt's delivery company allowed someone - an unknown stranger - to sign for my package who was not either of the two people I'd named. Customer service was very helpful and a replacement package was dispatched to a different address. But the delivery company's arrangements were so arcane and inflexible that receiving the package caused a huge amount of anxiety, stress and time waiting at home that I did not two days before Christmas. The malts arrived well-packed and were much enjoyed by my partner.
