They Closed My Account For No Reason

I have been with them for few months and always paid back my loan on time

my last loan was not approved which was strange instead they asked me to e-mail them a copy of my debit card driven license bank statement which I did despite sending them all the document they asked for they decided to close my account for no reason

15 Minutes? I Dont Think So.

I applied to txtloan. They say 15 minutes for a decision. Its now two hours later and still no decision. I checked with my bank and two 1p transactions were taken. So i know they have validated my card and bank details. So whats the hold up. They really are useless and there site is misleading. surely this is a breach? I shall be reporting them to trading standards. I would advice people not to waste there time with this company. I would advice that if you really need the money. I would try sunny.co.uk.

They are terrible, they go back on their word and involve debt collectors. Now they have changed their name to MyJar. Watch out!

Quick, Fast And Easy

Both my partner and myself have used Txt Loan over the past few months...

We've had no issues and they are brilliant!

We have both had a late payment or two back to them - and they charged us a small fee for this but this is only fair if you agree to pay back on a certain date and fail to do so....

I had my bank card lost, so had to have a new one sent out - I informed Txt Loan and they allowed me an extension on my loan.

All in all, really great customer service and delivery.

Useless

Ill keep it short.

Maybe it's me but I actually can't get through to a human. The number on the website is all automated, with very few options to choose from and then they end the call, I'm using my mobile and it is costing me loads just to get through automated services which don't help! Had it with this company. I do not recommend to anyone, if there's any problems you will struggle getting it resolved.

Misrepresentation

txtloan state how to apply by text on your phone using a pin which they email you, you would think once you recieve that pin you are cleared to apply for and recieve a short term loan? (maybe) they state on their web site once submitted by text message, loan will be in your bank in minutes, this would indicate you have been cleared by them to apply and recieve a loan from them). this didnt happen so i emailed them and they emailed me back saying i would recieve an explanation, non arrived( they claim you will be contacted within 4hrs) i emailed them after 4 hrs no reply i have just emailed them again after 4 3/4 hours and am awaiting reply. i have advised them they appear to have breached a contract and or misrepresented with an intent to mislead so i await their reply. this is a saturday but looking at their times of office hours they are still open (15.33). am now considering a visit to Brentford County Court on monday morning to submit papers outlining a breach of contract and a misrepresentation with intent to mislead. i have photographed their website with the paragraphs substanciating what i claim. will post what happens next when it happens. beware i have others in my sights who make similar claims and who misrepresent themselves as lenders. Awful Company

Dont bother with this company!!! Rubbish service and response times. Only get back to you if they chase them. Shocking. Complete waste of time. Took over 24hrs to decline my applications for a measley £100. Went elsewhere and got the money straight away. Never dealt with such an incompetent company. Be careful before you hand any details over to them.

The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Dealt With

Please read this before applying for a loan with them!!!

A applied for a loan for them, paid it off and only used when I needed it, for a couple months I thought they were great then a week before christmas I went online to pay my balance and thats where it went wrong!

My account said I still had an outstanding balance, so I checked my account and yes the money had gone out so I was a bit confused. I rang up spoke to someone who said they said they were having some technical difficultys so would ring back "at some point today" I waited an hour and then went on the online chat as I was beginning to get woried. The person on the online chat (Vladimir) was so rude. He spoke to me like I was demented and was no help whatsoever. Everytime I asked him a question he just told me to check my account. So I rang up again. Spoke to someone else who was just as bad. He was very aggressive and kept saying make sure I have the funds available for tomorrow (the date the loan was due) He refused to look into the transactions and said I was obviouslt mistaken. So I rang my bank, got a authorisation code for the payment and rang back. Even then they said no we need a bank statement and refused to help, I refused to hang up until they had helped me so he said he would look into it and ring me back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later her rang mumbked a sorry and said they had a glitch on the website. I refuse to ever use this company again. Eveything goes fine until a slight mistake (on their part) and they turn into loan sharks! I would not recommend.
