Refused to refund a pack of glowsticks when half of them didn't work. Rude service, better off just going somewhere else!

I orderd a lightning saber,it arrived a day after expected delivery.They worked fine at first then after a wile one just stoped working. Verry bad i would not recommend

Still haven't received item after purchasing next day delivery. Ordered late Thursday and still no item. In future I'll order in advance and pay normal delivery. I'm sure the item willbeexactly what I was looking for but unfortunately my event has past so longer needed. Disappointed :(

I ordered the pink crackle nail varnish for my 7 year old daughter that she treated her self to with her own money and what I received was terrible. The nail varnish was all dried up and couldn't be used. Needless to say my daughter was a bit upset

Ordered LED shuttlecocks for an event. They came quickly but a lot didn't work. Rang up and a new box was sent out straight away. V.good customer service.

Ordered items Fri morn for 'next day delivery' which as it apparently got dispatched same day would be Saturday. Nope, Saturday delivery is not included despite parcel force operating on this day. Rude customer service and won't refund extra paid for faster delivery, now on mon evening parcel still not here as parcelforce didn't appear to receive the delivery advice in event that person not at home. Can't comment on the quality of the product but at this rate I don't hold out much hope! Save yourself the hassle and buy from elsewhere :-(

Products clearly displayed and the ordering process was simple and quick.

I bought various items for my child to attend a fun charity event. The hair braids never worked and 1 snapped as you tightened the battery. The flashing mouth guard did not fit in mouth and just made me want to gag. Other items i havent tried yet. just disappointing.

So very pleased; autistic triplets use their glow sticks and mini disco ball in the Dark Den. Great Value. Much cheaper than SN websites and they work well for the children, with three colour/speed settings. I will definitely visit this site again. This is real chill for the little ones.

Still awaiting delivery of torch so cannot give any comment at present looking forward to receiving thank you so cannot recommend Service at present

I placed a small order for Glow stick bracelets on Friday 31st July at 10.30am . I payed for "Express - 24 hour delivery " Your website states that if the order is placed before 17.00 on a Friday it will be sent Express. My order was sent at 10.31.on a Friday. I have not received my order. It is now Sunday at 22.15. On. 02.08 2015 . Maybe your website could give more accurate delivery advice.

Superb fast delivery & excellent quality goods to fun & entertainment to any party

string of lights described as 1.5m from plug to 1st light and approximately 2m of lights. Well, that's how I read it! In fact it's a loop of lights, 1.2m in length with 1.5m cable from each end to the plug. If you stretch the lights out you end up with 150mm from the first light to the plug! useless! I will have to extend the cable and have a joint in it, not very satisfactory! Did arrive quickly though.

I live in Northern Ireland and was buying 200 glow bracelets. The delivery charge for NI was £9.99. Consequently I reduced my order to 100. I was ordering them for a charity walk and had a budget to stick to. When it processed the delivery charge switched to the standard cost of £3 or there abouts. If I had known it would do that I would clicked express and ordered 200... I haven't received them yet so interesting to see just how long they do take... I had to put in a score so 3 being average is not based on anything but wanting to draw attention to the ambiguous post options.
