I ordered a pair of shoes, they send damaged and wrong size. I've return them and didn't get a refund.

I've sent several e-mail and don't even answer. They are rubbish!

Don't buy NoTTHING from them!

they dont give you a refund and they are fake lacostes

They sold us a pair of FAKE Hunter Wellington boots. Boots splitting at seams - real Hunters just don't do that.

They sent someone else's package and then wont refund or send correct shoes, until I return the ones they sent and they expect me to pay for the postage to return their error.

I purchased two pairs of expensive timberland boots , hundreds of USD and they told me shipped the next day with DHL Express. They never shipped them!! ALL they did was generate a shipping label from a computer in there office. Tracking reads "shipping info received" been over two weeks and it still reads the same. DHL does not have the item and the seller tried blaming DHL and claimed to open an inquiry into the where about's of my boots. I called to confirm this with DHL. Nope she never called DHL at all !!?? Just one big lie!! She Just created a shipping label and marked item as shipped on eBay. And stole my money !!!! However she said if I didn't receive my item by a particular date she would refund me. Well once that date came , I also confronted her about the lies thru message ..She never again responded and refund was never issued. WOW imagine that ... !? Now eBay is going to get my money back!! Currently in progress. Once this is cleared up I'll be considering further action against this company especially after reading so many negative reviews! They have no business selling internationally on eBay Amazon etc, anywhere online!!! They are low life criminals who take your money from In behind the safety of there computers. Well Not for long!! SOYOUSHOES is a terrible criminal retailer !! Disgusting that they can do this to the trusting domestic & international public !! Unbelievably disgusted by SOYOUSHOES !! STAY AWAY FROM SOYOUSHOES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING IN RETURN!!

I ordered a pair of shoes only to receive the wrong size after the first pair was supposedly damaged in transit. I submitted pictures indicating the true size of the shoe that was sent. I ask for a full refund after the second pair was sent . I have yet to receive my refund. I will dispute this on my card. STAY away the sizes are Not U.S. sizes they are 38-41 UK. The run smaller than US sizes.

I had a query about a pair of boots I wanted to buy through Amazon,I phoned Amazon and they tried to contact soyoushoes on my behalf but there was no answer.I have sent them an email but haven't had a reply.I would be very sceptical to order anything from this company!

Recently ordered a pair of shoes from the website for the first time. The first thing I realised was that there was no pre-paid return form or a reason for return form. The shoes were too small, therefore I emailed them firstly asking how could I exchange for a bigger size, I had no reply. I emailed them again telling them how I hadn't had a return form and if they could email me one I would be grateful as I could then send them back. I've waited longer than 3 weeks and still haven't had a reply. Once they have your money you're not getting it back. I wish I had read these reviews before shopping there. Awful customer service and poor quality shoes as there was glue marks on them. Don't shop here,

Ordered Hunter Wellies from soyoushoes.co.uk as they were the cheapest I could find in the colour and style I wanted (original Short in gorgeous PURPLE).

My size was not available but I am between sizes and so I contacted the Customer Services and Someone messaged me back the same day! After being informed of the sizing i bought a UK size 6 when I am usually a UK size 6-6.5

Boots fit and were delivered the very next day with Free Delivery :-D

My shopping experience with them was flawless and I'm already saving up for my next pair as I'm needing some 'So Me' Stunning Heels ;-)

Recently Ordered some Sandals for my sisters wedding. Needed to get them quickly as its taking place abroad but wrong ones delivered. I called them up and explained what happened, but they insisted they had to be posted back before replacements were shipped out. The friendly gentleman on the phone explained it was free to post them back (as it should be!) and how.

Once they were returned i called again with my receipt and they sent out my replacements without delay or arguing. I now have the new sandals, perfect fit and GORGEOUS! (I Ordered on Monday and received my replacements on the Thursday.) Not a prefect transaction but they did very well to remedy the situation. I advise Phoning compared to e-mails response though the e-mails were clearer.
