I ordered a Tablet on October Oct 17th 2013 and it arrived on Nov 13th. The postage was over £15 and took almost a month to arrive. I was stung for another £15.38 UK VAT duty. (The overseas inward postage cost is also included in the calculations, by the way.) Previously, I ordered 3 items during the past 2 years which arrived faster than that and without any import/VAT duty being levied. (Still can't figure out how I was charged on the Tablet and not 2 of the previous items where their costs were also greater than the minimum duty free cost stated on the UK Customs website.) Upon unpacking, I found some scratch damage on the aluminium back cover. Furthermore, it's my opinion, having taken a course and exam in photography some years back that the built-in front/back 2 megapixel camera is more like 0.3 to 1 megapixel rather than the 2 million stated. The RAM spec is not viewable on the Tablet either so I'm wondering whether it is truly the 2gb RAM described. Apart from the above gripes, the tablet was intact and working. The battery charges to full, but lasts less than 3 hours continuous use. Regarding their Customer Service, any queries I've had over the past 2 years were dealt with quite satisfactorily although they didn't involve complaints about faulty goods!!!. By the time you pay the postage and possibly import/VAT duty because it very much appears it depends whether your parcel is in a batch that the Customs Officers happen to select for inspection on any particular day due to insufficient Customs staff and too high a volume, I would recommend that you purchase nearer home from a well-established and reputable outlet.

bought the tablet freelander pd900 after a few hours the touchscreen broke down dont know why maybe it was hadled rough in the mail can only use it wit usb or bluetooth mouse . so contacted them and we wil see what happens???? hope the give me a new one.
