Hello I also ordered goods from them 10 october 2010. They said the exact thing, that it would be re-send but i never received the goods. I have tried calling but keep getting a voicemail. I have taken this to the trading standard and now going through small claims court. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I cant choose no stars on this website, otherwise I would. I have very good reason to say that they are cheats and money grabbers and actually not very nice people either. Go elsewhere.

As with other reviewers I am still waiting for either the item I ordered or a reply to my email/phone calls. Took the money quickly out of the bank. Will contact Pershore trading standards.

order placed four weeks ago (£35.50). Money taken immediately (card). No delivery. emails ignored. phone calls answered by "no one here" recording at first, now number doesn't answer. bank now asked to investigate. given web info, ppc is breaking the law and should be prosecuted.

I placed an order and my credit card was charged pretty quickly even though PPC Supplies did not have the ordered product in stock. I did not receive the product. I telephoned and e-mailed several times. After about five weeks I indicated that I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded. PPC Supplies said that the refund would show up on my card in a few days. It is now over four months since I placed my order and yet I have received no refund.

First time I used them they were fine, second time, part order with promise of rest in a few days, third order nothing after a month, no response to emails and phone messages, would not think of using them again

A bunch of cowboys, have never filed accounts. Taken money and never produced goods. Have not returned a phone call or email. W*****s.

Ordered 30 October, still waiting for goods almost 1 month later. I've left VM's, sent e-mails, spoken to lady there who said they were out of stock but promised I would get a call back or e-mail by the end of the day - heard nothing. Money taken from account immediately at point of order.

I've ordered from them once before and goods arrived no problem - will not be using them again!

Similar experience to most other reviewers. Order at the end of October, paid for next day delivery. No reply to my calls or e-mails. Phone was an answer phone, never did get through. Phone line is now dead, presume they've gone bust. And I must say they deserve to.

PPC took £105 immediately on 10 Sep, 3 failed delivery dates and nearly 10 weeks on I am still trying to get a refund. Credit card refund now in progress. The same as other reviews, many phone calls and e.mails, Fred Walker fobs off with promise of a refund and then ignores calls and e.mails.

AVOID any dealings with this rogue and if you are finding this site too late, like myself, report your problems to trading standards. Hopefully enough reports may stir some action from them
