If you care about your finances, stay away from this company. The cars are in terrible condition, and taking pictures of cards with all the details is a complete failure. They take a deposit that they never return. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Tyre Of Ferrari Purchased A Week Ago Dismantled While Drive

I am writing this regarding the extremely distressing situation I have encountered with my recent purchase of a Ferrari California T, from ALBA showroom. Just five days after receiving the car, with only 50km driven literally 50 km only , the rear side tire of the vehicle dismantled while I was driving to my office. Fortunately, due to low speed and light traffic, no accident occurred. Following this alarming incident, I promptly returned the car to Alba for inspection and repair, as it was just a week since i purchased it from them. still under warranty for which I had paid an additional 35k, in addition to availing all other services with extra charges.

I went to ferrari service centre too. They told me its mistake of Alba Cars. Its a disaster not mistake. If the speed was high or some vehicles were there it would have cost life as well.

To my shock and dismay, Alba outright refused to repair the tire under warranty and demanded an additional 80k for the repair, excluding labor costs. Despite my objections to paying any further charges, they informed me that the issue was not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, they offered to buy back the car from me at a significant loss of 135,000, which is completely unacceptable given that the problem occurred within just five days of purchase, and I had hardly driven the vehicle.

And a very strange incident

I have also discovered that oil has been taken from my car while it was parked in garage. leading me to believe that bad practices are at play within their establishment. It appears that deceptive tactics are being employed to create issues in the cars post-purchase, enabling the imposition of additional charges on unsuspecting customers or facilitating buy-backs at reduced prices.

I am deeply troubled by this entire situation and the lack of assistance and transparency from their team. Failure to address these concerns adequately will leave me with no choice but to seek legal recourse to protect my rights as a consumer.

And on all of that the guys are very rude.

Trust me i really can’t believe till now. While driving a Ferrari the tyre came out.

Defectful Part Not Fixed. Months Later They Refuse Support

Exercise caution when dealing with ALBA Cars Dubai UAE.

I purchased a vehicle from them in February, and the front camera was faulty from the outset. They assured me that they would procure the necessary part for months. Despite my numerous follow-ups through WhatsApp, there has been no response from them in recent months. Now, they claim that the car has been in my possession for an extended period, refusing to assist me in obtaining the defective part initially.

Regrettably, they have not shown a genuine interest in resolving my concern

We Rented A Car For 3 Months, No Problems At All:)

Very good combination of price and quality. It's not an easy task to rent a car for 3 months in Malaga. Just few companies agree to rent for a long period. We first rented a small Tayota aygo for a month and had no problems with it, accept the size. Then we have chosen a new Hyundai I30 and were extremely happy with it. Both cars were new and looked nice.

We had no problem with deposit return.

Will definitely use them again!

Frightening, Brakes Abs Light On, Two Seat Belts Not Working

Phoned office, said they would call back when I said I was taking car to local garage. Heard nothing. Drove to Malaga with Abs light on, after brakes had locked .Key push button fell out of fob, used superglue to fix it. Alba cars don't car about their customers or their safety. Nightmare, never again.

No Problems Whatsoever.

We opted for Albacars in Malaga because our driver didn't have a credit card and our original rental company GoldCar didn't accept another person paying for the rental fee. Unlike other travellers from our flight we didn't have to wait in a long queue at the counters and were instead met by the representative of Albacars and got our Renault Kangoo straight away. We paid by credit card 187 euros for the car and 270 euros deposit (no extra fee for the fact that the driver was 22 years old). Just to be on the safe side we took pictures of the car with our cameras. We agreed upon the time of return, which was 12 days later and were also told to return the car with a half-full tank.

12 days later the same Albacars representative met us at exactly the agreed-upon time and place, I had to present my credit card to get back the deposit. Back at home I was surprised that the deposit hadn't returned to my bank account and got a little bit worried. I read some reviews of Albacars and was afraid that I had become a prey to them. Fortunately, 4 days later the deposit returned on my bank account.

All in all, a fast and easy rental with little fuss.

They Are Scammers

We rented a car there in the spring of 2012.

When we got to the airport, the car was smaller than what we had agreed, and in poor condition.

When we left, our flight was so early that we had to leave the car in the parking garage. They said they would send our deposit money back after they check it.

We waitend for a month, the when we started asking for it, they said that they had already paid it, and that there was nothing wrong with the car.

They never paid us anything, and when we contacted EU consumer complaints, they said to them that our car had scratches and they would not pay it. They won´t show any pictures of the alledged scratches, and just refuse to pay.

We are still waiting on the money, and I´m not too hopeful.

So, DO NOT rent from them, they just want to scam you.

Albacars - Mitsubishi Spacestar With 140,000km On The Clock.

I have to say this will be a mixed review, the cars were high mileage but the price and service good.

On arrival I was told we had been given an upgrade to a Spacestar, having booked a class below. The car had seen hard use. On pre-acceptance inspection only one panel, the driver's door, lacked some dent or scratch. There were just over 142,000Km on the clock. It was supposed to come with half a tank and be returned with the same amount of fuel but it actually had less than a quarter of a tank full. I took a photo with my phone, just in case, but there was no problem in the event - read on.

The second day of our 10 day rental, and 100Km away from Malaga, we had a puncture. There was a spare, it was inflated, there were the necessary tools but the spare wheel was too small to go on our car. I called the rental office, no reply, but received a call back within 10 minutes. The tow truck arrived about 40 minutes later. After confirming that the wheel would not fit on our car the tow truck driver hoisted it up and we set off to Belemanena to pick up a replacement car.

While this cost us the best part of a day of our holiday the tow truck guy was entertaining and the ride in his cab a chance to see more of the surroundings than when I am driving. The replacement car was the same model, with about the same mileage, but with far fewer dents. This car had half a tank and we were told to return it empty by way of an apology.

So if you don't mind driving a low cost but high mileage rental car that may not be that reliable Alba Cars may be for you. I do not think they are shysters, just a low cost outfit putting the last few miles on nackered rental cars. Getting a better rental price with a company that does not have a permanent office at the airport will always be a bit of a risk but, so far, it has worked for me; so you pay your money and take your chance, or rent from Avis.

I Would Strongly Recommend That You Do Not Use Alb

I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE Alba Cars at Malaga airport.

When I arrived back at Malaga airport to return the car, someone from Alba Cars was supposed to be there, but no one was. I called the mobile of the guy who had met us on arrival and he said he was too far away and couldn't come, even though I had told him exactly where I'd be and when. He said to park the car in the car park and then leave the keys and parking ticket in the glove box and txt him which bay and level it was on. This means that no one is there to inspect the car and give you the 350 euro deposit refund. And of course, no refund came. I called many times and was passed off several times with `I'm sure it has been refunded, I'll speak to my boss`. But then no refund and no replies to phone calls, e-mails etc. They obviously prey on tourists and I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE Alba cars (sometimes called Blanco cars).

I rented a car from Albacars and returned it last week. I was delighted with the service and the car, and I will go back to them from now on, plus I am recommending albacars to my friends.
