Poor Quality, Wrong Model Delivered, No Customer Service
I have bought the Waltons extra-tall polycarbonate greenhouse, and i wish i have never made this decision.
The greenhouse i received is not the one advertised on their website.
the frame is flimsy, the polycarbonate sheets are held by these W spring clips. As soon as the wind blows at more than 10m/s, some of the polycarbonate sheets will pop out.
the sliding door has a design issue. There is a big gap between the door and the greenhouse frame, letting the wind go through. and the door rail mechanism is a joke. The door is just sitting on its rail, with a groove of a couple of millimetres at the bottom. The very flimsy door can be removed just by pulling it backward, using no force at all. Without any modification (if you're good at DIY), the door wouldn't even support a gentle breeze.
It is a copy of the gardman model, but even poorer.
It's not exactly the same as the gardman, it's not the one they advertise on their website either. It's just a unknown type made in China.
Do not by this piece of junk, you will regret!
I have sent many emails to Waltons customer service for more than a month, asking for at least an explanation for the model mismatch.
I have receive no reply from them.
No Reply at all!!
trying to call them is useless: just some waiting music, but no one to answer.
It is the worst product i bought ever, and the worst (non-existent) post sales customer service i had to deal with.
DO NOT BUY FROM WALTONS!!

Frustration Is The Watch Word
I have read through the reviews on this site and must admit if anyone hasn't had a problem putting up this Greenhouse they must be really lucky because they got the parts that fitted together or they are technical geniuses. I have just spent my third weekend attempting to put this greenhouse up and still haven't managed to get the polyp panels into place. Each time you fit the bottom the side pops out when you push in at the side it pops through the other side, total frustration and reading up on the problems I'm having has made me realise that the greenhouse needs to be supplied with with panel clips after paying over two hundred pounds I shouldn't have to go and buy them myself (which I'm now going to have to). This was a present from my wife which was supposed to make my allotment easier to use but I have spent more time swearing and being frustrated than planting any seeds. I would not/could not recommend this item unless you are looking for a totally frustrating time nothing fits and there aren't any measurements just cartoon like drawings. It is pants!!!

Avoid At All Costs
Dealing with this comapny has been a nightmare. firstly the free next day delivery does not exist , there is a 3 week waiting list on most items , I got one delivered in 3 days after complaining , then after spending 3 days putting it together , the frst bit of wind we had blew som panels out. we then rebuilt and I checked all nuts and bolts where tih on a daily basis but again when the wind picked up most of the panels blew out and this time the sliding door blew off into a neighbors garden luckily not causing any damage. We contacted Waltons to complain and they have agreed to collect the greenhouse and give us our money back but so far they have missed both collcton dates meaning wasted days of work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EITHER WALTONS GREENHOUSE AS A COMPANY OR INDEED POLYCARBONATE GREENHOUSES IN GENERAL
i got the same, one year old now. all roof panels are decomposing and falling apart.

Very Surprised At How Well This Polycarbonate Gree
Very surprised at how well this polycarbonate greenhouse was. I had heard mixed opinions about whether polycarbonate was better than glass. True, you can see through glass panels better than the polycarb ones, but whilst this was a little complicated to build, the delivery was fast - free next day delivery - and withstands some pretty windy conditions, plus the odd blow from my son's football.
I would recommend making sure you sort out your base well before your delivery though, so that you don't have any problems when you come to put it up.
