I ordered a vacuum cleaner on 14th August, money withdrawn from my account on 18th August. From 22nd August, the company stopped all communications and the number provided on the website does not work.I never received the vacuum cleaner.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A FRAUDULENT SITE!!!!

They also trade as VacuSpares but your account will show payment received by HaierSpares.

execelent,quick ,helpfull,and very well packed i ordered them on line the web site was very easy to use. because one of the items was out of stock someone even called me to say my order will be 2 days late .it was posted one day and arrived the next day by mid morning.whot more could you ask for with service like that but bloody good.

googled Haier spare parts found site www.haierspares.co.uk looked for my machine, list parts popped, up found part and picture, clicked buy now all added to shopping cart simple as part arrived following day great service great web site very simple even for me.

go to website cant find a filter, Phone helpline, he was helpful. Tellsme I need to buy a whole new pump, will come with filter, find it on site..cant add to basket, cant register, cant buy! Ridiculous site and wished I never purchased this random Chinese washing machine!
